WHAT DO I DO?
FOR PRODUCTS STILL IN THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY PERIOD:
Locate the small card in your User Manual’s pouch. This will have a PIN # and a phone # on it. You must be at your projector when you call. Call the number. They will ask you for your PIN # and then resolve your problem. If they fail to resolve the problem, they will offer you two options:
1. Give Epson a credit card # and they will have a replacement projector in your hands within 48 hours. You will then have 30 days to return the defective unit to Epson, using the box the replacement came in. Epson pays for all Purolator shipping charges.
2. Epson will send you a box in which to return your defective projector. When they receive it and confirm the problem, they will send you back a replacement unit. They do not fix your projector as this would take too long. Epson pays for all Purolator shipping charges.
